1st Round:
1.) Indianapolis Colts: Andrew Luck QB, Stanford
-This pick is a 100% certainty. The Colts desperately need a franchise QB and Andrew Luck is one of the best prospects to come out in the past 15 years. Luck can start right away and help be a leader on this young team. He has a good arm, with pinpoint accuracy and is very underrated as a runner. Luck should have no trouble adjusting to the NFL as he is already one of the hardest workers, with an impressive NFL IQ. It will only help to have veteran WR Reggie Wayne as his No.1 target. There is no doubt in my mind Andrew Luck will have an immediate impact as a rookie.
2.) Washington Redskins (via STL): Robert Griffin III QB, Baylor
-How much is a franchise QB worth, apparently 3 1st Round Picks a 2nd Round Pick just to move up 4 spots in the draft. The Redskins gave up their 6th overall, 39th Overall, and a 2013 and 2014 1st Round Pick just so they could move up to No.2 to draft Robert Griffin III. The Heisman trophy winner is a rare specimen that comes around once or twice every decade. He has every skill you could want in a franchise QB; Speed (4.4 40 Yard Dash), Arm Strength, Accuracy, natural leader, and poise in the pocket. Robert Griffin III is a terrific QB prospect and with more development could be the best QB in this class.
3.) Minnesota Vikings: Matt Kalil OT, USC
-The Vikings have a plethora of needs both on offense and defense, but maybe one of the biggest needs is an OT. At 3 the Vikings have the chance to take one of the most NFL ready LT's in recent memory. Kalil has a big frame (6'7 295) and has impressive athleticism. Kalil can step in right away at Left Tackle and be a cornerstone on that Offensive Line for years to come. As the Vikings prepare for the future with QB Christian Ponder, Kalil will give Ponder the protection he needs.
4.) Cleveland Browns: Ryan Tannehill QB, Texas A&M
-At 4 there are several different moves the Cleveland Browns could make. On one hand they could address the departure of RB Peyton Hillis by drafting Trent Richardson. They also might consider trading out of 4 to a spot like 8, where the Miami Dolphins would love to move up to get Texas A&M QB Ryan Tannehill. I think what will end up happening is the Browns will stay put, and draft Tannehill in the hopes they can develop him into their QB of the future. Tannehill possesses the raw skills that if developed correctly could make him one of the next best athletic QB's in the league. It is a bit of a risk pick since he can't start right away, but with the emphasis on passing in today's game, the focus needs to be on the QB not the RB.
5.) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Morris Claiborne CB, LSU
-The Buccaneers had a disappointing season to say the least last year after going 10-6 the previous season, the Bucs dropped to 4-12 in 2011. New coach Greg Schiano will look to make the Bucs a tougher team. Tampa Bay has needs both at CB and RB with Ronde Barber playing at the age of 37 and Aqib Talib continuing to face legal troubles they are in desperate need of a QB. At RB despite some big runs by LeGarrete Blount, there are growing concerns about his attitude and ability to hang onto the football. Adding a RB like Trent Richardson would bring a new aspect to the Bucs offense and give them one of the most balanced in the NFL. I believe the biggest hole is at CB though and because of that the Bucs won't hesitate to pick Morris Claiborne.
6.) St. Louis Rams: Justin Blackmon WR, Oklahoma State
-How nicely things have been set up for the Rams this off season. First they address their need for a CB by bringing in Cortland Finnegan, then they pick up 3 1's and a 2nd rounder by just moving down 4 spots in the draft, and they still get the guy they want. The Rams know they need a big weapon for Sam Bradford and they believe Justin Blackmon can be the guy for them
7.) Jacksonville Jagurs: Melvin Ingram DE, South Carolina
-The Jaguars are in desperate need of a pass rusher, and they have 2 terrific options in Melvin Ingram and Quinton Coples of North Carolina. Both players have rare athleticism and speed that make them a terror coming off the edge, but what it comes down to for me is consistency. There are questions about Coples work ethic and motor after a very disappointing 2011 season in which he took a lot of plays off. That will likely be the deciding force as the Jaguars will take Melvin Ingram to help piece together their new defense.
8.) Miami Dolphins: Riley Reiff OT, Iowa
-Jeff Ireland did a great job of making the QB competition for Matt Moore easier. The Dolphins couldn't bring in Peyton manning, weren't willing to pay Matt Flynn, didn't pay the price for No.2 pick and now may miss out on Ryan Tannehill. If the Dolphins can't get Tannehill they will have to address their need for a RT. Reggie Bush broke out last year and if Matt Moore is still the QB, he will need all the protection he can get. Reiff can step in right away as the Dolphins continue to build their young offensive line.
9.) Carolina Panthers: Dontari Poe DT, Memphis
-After taking Cam newton with the No.1 pick last year the Panthers made strides in 2011 and now will look to address the defensive line with the 9th overall pick. Their need for a DT matches with BPA as Dontari Poe out of Memphis continues to rise up draft boards as we get closer to the draft. Poe can be an impact force on the inside, much like Ravens DT Haloti Ngata is today. Poe won't make it past 9 and should be a perfect fit for the Ron Rivera defense.
10.) Buffalo Bills: Michael Floyd WR, Notre Dame
-The Bills went out and addressed their need for a pass rusher by adding Mario Williams and Mark Anderson. Now with that hole filled they can look to address the need for a compliment WR to Stevie Johnson. Floyd has some off the field issues, but at 10 could be a great value for the Bills. Floyd has a big body and strong hands, but has trouble getting off the line. Floyds potential is a great No.2 WR but even now could serve as a nice No.2 for Ryan Fitzpatrick. With weapons like Stevie J, Floyd, and CJ Spiller, life will be made easier for Fitzpatrick.
11.) Kanas City Chiefs: David DeCastro OG, Stanford
-It is rare when an OG or C goes inside the Top 15 picks, but in the case of David DeCastro he is worthy of being near the Top 10. DeCastro is that rare inside lineman who can be a impact blocker and provide that dominating presence you would want on the O-Line. Coming out of Stanford his IQ is off the charts, and he is also one of the tougher Offensive Lineman in this draft. The Chiefs badly need help on the offensive line and a guy like DeCastro will make running the ball easier for Jamaal Charles and Peyton Hillis.
12.) Seattle Seahawks: Luke Kuechly ILB, Boston College
-The Seahawks would like to add a pass rushing LB but with Melvin Ingram gone, i expect them to fill the void at inside linebacker. Kuechly is the type of MLB that will do everything well but nothing spectacular. He can start right away and serve as a steady tackler. While Kuechly has seen has stock rise over he past 2 months, it is still unlikely he makes it into the Top 10. Kuechly would be a strong pick for the Seahawks.
13.) TRADE: Cincinnati Bengals (via ARI): Trent Richardson RB, Alabama
-My 1st and only trade in my NFL Mock Draft and it is a big one. I think the Bengals move up from 21 to get RB Trent Richardson out of Alabama. It has become evident that Benson's time is out in Cincinnati and the Bengals will be looking for their next franchise RB. Richardson is one of the most talented RB's to come out in the draft since Adrian Peterson in the 2007 Draft. Richardson's combination of size and speed, to go along with his willingness to block and great hands out of the backfield make him a true workhorse RB. He can go to Cincinnati and form a young trio of stars with QB Andy Dalton and WR A.J Green on an offense that continues to grow and mature.
14.) Dallas Cowboys: Dre Kirkpatrick CB, Alabama
-Jerry Jones isn't known for taking a DB in the first round, especially this year. But look back in 2011, Jones wasn't accustomed to taking OT's in the 1st Round, then they took Tyron Smith. Now in 2012 I expect the Cowboys to take Dre Kirkpatrick out of Alabama. The Cowboys need help in the secondary and Kirkpatrick can pal both S and CB. Any character issues with Kirkpatrick shouldn't be concerned as Jones has learned to ignore those in special cases.
15.) Philadelphia Eagles: Mark Barron SS, Alabama
-The Eagles would love to take Luke Kuechly at 15 but with the ILB out of Boston College off the board, I expect them to address their need for a safety. After years of struggling to find a duo to man the secondary, the Eagles may finally have their man in Mark Barron. Barron is the top S in this class and possesses the hard hitting Safety they have lacked since Brian Dawkins.

Ricky Sapp Interview
Background:
Ricky Sapp came out of Bamberg-Ehrhardt High School and in his Senior season went on to record (82 Tackles, 25 for loss, and 11 Sacks) earning All American Honors by USA Today. He was rated as a 5 Star prospect and after, multiple offers from some of the top programs in the country such as Florida State, Oklahoma, Georgia and South Carolina, among others. He eventually decided to attend Clemson where he spent 4 years creating havoc for QB's in the ACC. In his 4 years as a Tiger, with 16 Sacks, and 139 Total Tackles. Sapp was drafted in the 5th Round (134th Overall) by the Philadelphia Eagles. He spent one year as an Eagle before he was released because of knee injuries. Sapp signed with the Jets in 2011 and after spending the early part of the season on the Practice Squad, was put on the Jets active roster. Going into 2012, Sapp is healthy and poised to show his talents in New York.
So without further a due, here is the interview
Q: You were one of the most highly recruited defensive players in 2006, what was that process like of taking visits to all these elite colleges? Also what was it like for you and your family knowing you got to go to any school in the country for free?
Sapp: Well first and farmost it was a dream come true. I must admit I was shocked at first at how many schools i talked to and had the chance to visit. To be able to go to school free was a blessing me and my family and we enjoyed every bit of the experiance
Q: You were teammates with the late Gaines Adams in your freshman year at Clemson, what was it like being teammates with him, and what do you remember most about him?
Sapp: To play behind such a great great player was just a blessing, because I got the chance to learn from him on the field and also off the field. He was such a great person and taught me alot about the game and about life.
Q: What was draft day like for you? What are some of the moments you remember about that day, and when you found out you were getting drafted?
Sapp: Well to be even in the NFL draft was just a dream come true for me. I didnt get drafted where i thought I would, but just getting drafted was enough for me. I was jus thankful someone take a chance on me.
Q: What has been your most memorable game in your football career, at any level?
Sapp: My senior year when we played G-tech for the first time and we were down by like 21. We came together as a team and came back and put up a great fight.
Q: Your Head Coach is Rex Ryan, what is it like day to day to have him as a coach, and what is your most memorable experience with him?
Sapp: Well whenever you play for a coach like him it always makes you want to play even harder. I just love the way he coaches and how he prepares us for games.
Q: What was the transition like going from College Football to the NFL, and how did you handle the transition?
Sapp: Well the one thing about making that transition is that you have to know its a job now. I have learned that its best to find a vet and follow his lead. So thats what im doing now with the great vets the jets have on this team.
Q: Twitter has become a hot topic for everyone across the globe, especially professional athletes. With their being such a microscope on the lives of you guys, where of you draw the line between Tweeting and keeping to yourself?
Sapp: I never believed in putting my personal business on the internet for everyone to see. I enjoy talking with the fans and just putting positive stuff on twitter to make people get thru their day.
Q: What Grinds your Gears?
Sapp: lol, you know what #grindsmygears I went to burger king the other day and gave the lady a big bill to pay for my food and she got mad at me... "hello y u mad for do your frapping job" G'wiz "im sure you had career day in highschool' lol
I want to Thank Ricky Sapp for giving me the chance to do this interview, and I want to wish him the best of luck in 2012.

Super Bowl XLVI Preview
New York Giants vs. New England Patriots
Date: Sunday February 5th, 2012 6:30 EST (NBC)
Location: Lucas Oil Stadium (Turf) Indianapolis, Indiana
Previous Meeting(s): Giants 24 Patriots 20
When New England has the Ball:
Keys to the Game:
1.) Put Pressure on Eli
2.) Use the TE's
3.) Eliminate the Cruz Effect
Defensive Factor: Vince Wilfork, NT
-In a game that will feature a historical Patriots Offense consisting of Tom Brady, Wes Welker, and Rob Gronkowski, the X Factor of the game may be on defense. Defensive Tackle Vince Wilfork will be the X Factor in this game. Wilfork has created havoc this year even as he enters his 30's, and will create alot of inside pressure on Eli Manning. Not only will Wilfork put pressure on Eli but if the game comes down to a FG, Wilfork has shown the ability to break through the line and knock the ball down. As much as the Patriots need Tom Brady to do well, Pressure is key and if the Patriots want Eli to feel the heat, they will need an Inside Rush from Vince Wilfork.
When New York has the Ball:
-As the New York Giants prepare for their rematch against the New England Patriots, they will be preparing to take on a Patriots Secondary that ranked 31st in the League against the Pass. Eli Manning will look to exploit a weak secondary by using his terrific weapons. Against a tough 49ers Defense, Victor Cruz used the middle of the field to go for 10 Receptions 142 Receiving Yards (8 of those Catches coming in the 1st half. If the Patriots choose to double Victor Cruz they will leave another star WR Hakeem Nicks open for big plays. The Giants Passing Offense provides a lot of options for Eli to throw to, and will cause problems for the Patriots Secondary. The Passing Game isn't the only asset the Giants have, they also have a running game that has been rejuvenated in the playoffs. They use a rotation between Ahmad Bradshaw and Brandon Jacobs. Bradshaw serves as the more elusive back and is an asset in the Passing Game, while Jacobs is a bowling ball who will use his power to run over any defender in his path. The New York Giants may not be the best in the NFL and while Eli Manning may not be as talented as Tom Brady, with the weapons he has around him and going against a weak Patriots Secondary, all lead to one conclusion. The New York Giants are going to put up a lot of points, it's just a question of how many will be enough.
If Eli Manning wins Super Bowl XLVI should he go down as a better QB then his brother?
Keys to the Game:
1.) Unleash Eli Manning
2.) Double Rob Gronkowski
3.) Create Pressure
Defensive Factor: Jason Pierre-Paul, DE
- The X-Factor and All Pro of this Giants Defense is second year man Jason Pierre Paul. The electrifying Pass Rusher out of South Florida was simply dominant this year posting eye popping numbers (86 Tackles, 2 FF, 16.5 Sacks, 1 Blocked FG). JPP will present a nightmare for the Patriots Offensive Line with his ability to get after the QB. If Pierre Paul can find his way into the backfield often, Brady will have little time to throw and will be forced into early INT's If the Giants want to repeat their 2007 Season, the key to the game will be getting after the QB, and Pierre Paul is one of the best in the league at doing that.
Prediction: Giants 31
Patriots: 28
-I believe that the New York Giants will beat the New England Patriots (again) and win Super Bowl XLVI. Only 4 years after their last Super Bowl match up, a lot of comparisons and memories will be drawn. But this is a much different game then it was then. Eli Manning is a much better QB, he has more weapons to throw to and the Patriots Defense is at an All Time low. There is no denying that Tom Brady will have a great game (3 TD's 312 Yards). What I think this game will come down to is the Patriots Defense and their lack of ability to stop Eli Manning. I think Manning will have time to throw, and should pick apart this Patriots Secondary. The New York Giants will be Super Bowl Champions, and it will be 2007 all over again (just don't expect another David Tyree type catch)
MVP: Eli Manning
-The New York Giants are going to be Super Bowl Champions and with his 3 TD 365 Yard Performance Eli Manning will be the runaway MVP. After winning his second Super Bowl Ring and being named MVP for the 2nd time, the questions about Eli vs. Peyton will be set aside. Eli Manning will have won 2 Super Bowls in less time then it took Peyton to win 1. The statistics aside this game comes down to rings and Eli will have 2.

NFL Playoffs: Divisional Round Preview
NFC
#3 New Orleans Saints vs. #2 San Francisco 49ers
Date: Saturday, January 14th 2012, 4:30 EST (FOX)
Location: Candlestick Park, San Francisco, California
Previous Meeting(s): None
When San Francisco has the Ball:
The 49ers pride themselves on running the ball, wearing down defenses, and holding onto the football. They are very successful in all 3 aspects, as they ranked 8th in Running the ball (128 YPG), and they rank 1st in the NFL in Turnovers (10). The lead back is Frank Gore (282 Carries 1,325 Total Yards and 8 TD's). Meanwhile the man who people thought was a bust in Alex Smith has been a solid game manager (3,144 Pass Yards 17 TD's 5 INT's) his 5 INT's is the fewest in the NFL by a Starting QB and he is another reason why the 49ers are 13-3 this season. The 49ers won't score in bunches but because of their great defense (16th against the Pass, 1st against the Run) and their ability to manage the clock and hold onto the football, they have a chance to beat any team. Their offense is in for a tough test as they will have to match the Saints prolific, but thanks to one of the best Defenses in recent memory, a W is very possible.
Keys to the Game:
1.) Don't give Brees time to throw
2.) Protect Alex Smith
3.) Kill the Clock
When New Orleans has the Ball:
The Saints are a magical team when they get to play back home in the Mercedes-Benz Super Dome. When they are at home they put up numbers like its Madden on Rookie Mode. They are a different team on the road however, and that may cost them when they travel to San Francisco. The Saints average roughly 27 PPG on the road and finished the regular season 5-3 when they can't sleep in their own beds. They did manage to turn things around in the 2nd half of the season after starting out 5-3, they have won 9 straight games (including their playoff win against the Lions on Saturday). The Saints will take their 6th ranked Rushing Offense on the road to Candlestick but are doubtful to find much success as they take on the best Run D in the game. Expect the Saints to rely on Drew Brees a lot in this game, and depending on the weather he could see a drop in his performance. There is no question the Saints have a much better Offense then the 49ers, but they will have their toughest test of the year next Saturday.
Keys to the Game:
1.) Attack the 49ers Secondary
2.) Make Smith throw the football
3.) Hold onto the football
Prediction: Saints 24
49ers: 17
#4 New York Giants vs. #1 Green Bay Packers
Date: Sunday, January 15th 4:30 EST (FOX)
Location: Lambeau Field, Green Bay, Wisconsin
Previous Meeting(s): Packers 38 Giants 35
When Green Bay has the Ball:
Keys to the Game:
1.) Stop the Giants Front Four
2.) Attack the Giants Secondary
3.) Create Turnovers
When New York has the Ball:
The Giants excel at one thing and this is throwing the football. Pro Bowl QB Eli Manning (4,933 Pass Yards 29 TD's 16 INT's) and WR's Victor Cruz (82 Catches 1,536 Yards 9 TD's) and Hakeem Nicks (76 Catches 1,192 Yards 7 TD's) have helped lead the Giants to the 5th best passing attack in the NFL. The passing attack shouldn't have any trouble against a Packers Defense that ranks last in the league with nearly 300 YPG.Th After Sundays game against the Falcons, the Giants proved that they do have a running game, and Brandon Jacobs is leading the charge because of his ability to break tackles and help run down the clock. The key to the game will be how Eli Manning does against a Packers Defense that led the NFL with 31 Interceptions.
Keys to the Game:
1.) Put Pressure on Rodgers
2.) Don't Force Anything
3.) Run out the Clock
Prediction: Packers: 35
Giants: 28
AFC
#4 Denver Broncos vs. #1 New England Patriots
Date: Saturday, January 14th 2012, 1:00 EST
Location: Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, Massachusetts
Previous Meeting(s): Patriots 41 Broncos 23
When New England has the Ball:
The New England Patriots continue to be led by All Time Great QB Tom Brady (5,235 Pass Yards 39 TD's 12 INT's) and he always performs year after year. This year he had a new favorite weapon in TE Rob Gronkowski (90 Catches 1,327 Yards and 17 TD's) as Gronkowski set a new NFL Record for most Receiving Yards and TD's by a TE in one season. Bradys familiar target Wes Welker (122 Catches 1,569 Yards and 9 TD's). The Patriots are a finely tuned offensive machine ranking 2nd in Pass Yards and 3rd in PPG (32) and they rank 3rd in the NFL with their +17 Turnover Differential. If the Patriots have to run the ball BenJarvus Green-Ellis ( 826 Total Yards and 11 TD's). Against a solid Broncos Defense the Patriots won't be perfect, but they shouldn't have much problem putting up 30 points.
Keys to the Game:
1.) Throw it to Gronkowski
2.) Win the Turnover/Takeaway Battle
3.) Stop Tebow!
When Denver has the Ball:Tim Tebow, Tim Tebow, Tim Tebow that is the name of the game for the Denver Broncos. After 3 games of passing so bad that the Broncos were ready to put Brady Quinn in, Tebow showed everyone he can be a Starting Quarterback in the NFL. Tebow made big passes against the No.1 Steelers Defense when it mattered most. Tebow finished with 316 Passing Yards and 2 Passing TD's to go along with 1 rushing. The Broncos Passing Game and Running game relies upon Tebow and when he is on, the Broncos are going to win. Tebow should have few problems against the Patriots 31st ranked Pass Defense, especially coming off a tremendous game on Sunday. The problem for the Broncos will be Tom Brady, and how can the Broncos offense match the Patriots. It all could come down to the 4th Quarter, and if it does it will be Tebow Time!
Keys to the Game:
1.) Let Tebow throw it
2.) Attack Tom Brady
3.) Keep it Close in the 4th Quarter
Prediction: Patriots: 31
Broncos: 27
#3 Houston Texans vs. #2 Baltimore Ravens
Date: Sunday, January 15th 2012, 1:00 EST (CBS)
Location: M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore, Maryland
Previous Meeting(s): Ravens 29 Texans 14
When Baltimore has the Ball:
The Baltimore Ravens are the type of team that leaves you scratching your head as to why. Why don't they give the ball to Ray Rice (2,068 Total Yards 15 TD's) more often. Rice is the Ravens Swiss Army Knife on Offense. He has become one of Joe Flaccos' favorite targets. Even if Rice is blocking, Flacco does have other options. WR Anquan Boldin (57 Catches 887 Yards 3 TD's) and rookie WR Torrey Smith (50 Catches 841 Yards 7 TD's). There are weapons on this Ravens team, it is just a matter of knowing how to use them. The Ravens will be in for a challenge when they take on a impressive Texans Defense that ranks 4th against the Run and 3rd against the pass. If the Ravens want to win this game they will have to give it to Rice often, and also hope Joe Flacco can prove he is a capable of leading his team to a Super Bowl.
Keys to the Game:
1.) Hand it off to Rice
2.) Shutdown Arian Foster
3.) Force Early Turnovers
When Houston has the Ball:
The Texans are in for a very difficult test next Sunday when they go on the road to take on the Baltimore Ravens. The Texans offense led by the two head monster of Arian Foster (1,841 Total Yards and 12 TD's) and Ben Tate (1,040 Total Yards and 4 TD's) will be going against a Ravens defense that ranks 2nd against the run, allowing only 92 YPG on the ground. It was evident in Week 6 when Foster and Tate combined for only 90 yards on the ground as the Texans fell flat in a 29-14 defeat. Things will be very different this time though as the Texans will have Andre Johnson back, which should give the RB's more room to run. The real question in this game though will be how can rookie QB T.J Yates handle one of the toughest, and most experienced defenses in the league. The Texans have a chance to do something special in their first playoff trip ever, and a Win against the Ravens would put them one step closer to their first ever Super Bowl.
Keys to the Game:
1.) Use the Play Action
2.) Make Flacco win the game
3.) Bring on the Blitz
Prediction: Ravens: 20
Texans: 13

#4 New York Giants vs. #1 Green Bay Packers
Date: Sunday, January 15th 4:30 EST (FOX)
Location: Lambeau Field, Green Bay, Wisconsin
Previous Meeting(s): Packers 38 Giants 35
When Green Bay has the Ball:
If Aaron Rodgers wants to win another Lombardi he is going to have to hope his defense will back him up
The Packers are led by likely MVP Front Runner Aaron Rodgers (4,643 Pass Yards 45 TD's 6 INT's). Rodgers is blessed with 2 great options at WR in Pro Bowl WR Greg Jennings (67 Catches 949 Yards 9 TD's) and Jordy Nelson (68 Catches 1,263 Yards 15 TD's). The Packers Offense is No.1 in the league in PPR (35) and they only turned the ball over 14 times this season a franchise record. The Packers are a disciplined football team, and Aaron Rodgers has proven he can pick apart any defense, and make plays late in the game. The Packers didn't run much in the regular season but Head Coach Mike McCarthy says he wants to get the run going in the playoffs. The Packers may have a chance to do that now with a healthy offensive line for the first time since Week 3. The Packers will be in for a rough road in order to win another title.
Keys to the Game:
1.) Stop the Giants Front Four
2.) Attack the Giants Secondary
3.) Create Turnovers
When New York has the Ball:

After Tebow threw for 316 yards against the Steelers, he could be in for an even bigger game against the Patriots
Keys to the Game:
1.) Let Tebow throw it
2.) Attack Tom Brady
3.) Keep it Close in the 4th Quarter
Prediction: Patriots: 31
Broncos: 27
#3 Houston Texans vs. #2 Baltimore Ravens
Date: Sunday, January 15th 2012, 1:00 EST (CBS)
Location: M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore, Maryland
Previous Meeting(s): Ravens 29 Texans 14
When Baltimore has the Ball:
If the Ravens want to make it to the Super Bowl, they will need to start relying more on Ray Rice
Texans: 13

#6 Cincinnati Bengals vs. #3 Houston Texas
Date: Saturday, January 7th 2012 4:30 EST (NBC)
Location: Reliant Stadium Houston, Texas
Previous Meeting(s): Texans 20 Bengals 19
When Houston has the Ball:
-Expect the Texans to run it early and often against the Bengals 10th Ranked Rush Defense. The Texans have a two headed monster of Arian Foster (1,841 Total Yards and 12 TD's) and Ben Tate (1,040 Total Yards and 4 TD's). When they aren't handing off the rock, rookie T.J Yates will be looking to WR Andre Johnson and TE Owen Daniels. Yates will likely have problems against a Bengals Defense that ranks 9th against the Pass, and has registered the 5th most Sacks in the league (45)
Keys to the Game:
1.) Establish the run and wear down the Bengals D
2.) Win the turnover battle
3.) Stop A.J Green
When Cincinnati has the Ball:
-The Bengals are led by 2 young rookies on offense. Rookie QB Andy Dalton (3,398 Pass Yards 20 TD's 13 INT's) and his favorite rookie target Pro Bowl WR A.J Green (65 Catches 1,057 Yards 7 TD's). Dalton will try to find holes in the Texans 3rd ranked Pass Defense but if he can't find success there the Bengals will have to try and run the ball with Cedric Benson (1,149 Total yards and 6 TD's) against the Texans 4th ranked run defense.
Keys to the Game:
1.) Shutdown Foster and Tate
2. ) Get the ball to A.J Green
3.) Keep Dalton Upright
Prediction: Bengals 24
Texans: 17
#5 Pittsburgh Steelers vs. #4 Denver Broncos
Date: Sunday, January 8th 2012 4:30 EST (CBS)
Location: Sports Authority Field at Mile High Denver, Colorado
Keys to the Game:
1.) Don't turn the ball over
2.) Keep the Score close
3.) Take down Big Ben
When Pittsburgh has the Ball:
-The Steelers will go into the playoffs without RB Rashard Mendehall (Torn ACL) but Ben Roethlisberger has finally healed from a High Ankle Sprain. The Steelers will have to rely on Isaac Redman (557 Total yards and 4 TD's) against the Broncos 22nd ranked Rush Defense. I expect the Steelers to take to the air alot in this game against the Broncos 18th ranked Pass D, and Mike Wallace (72 Catches 1,193 Yards 8 TD's) will benefit against an older Secondary. The Broncos expect Brian Dawkins back this week but even that won't be enough to contain Wallace.
Keys to the Game:
1.) Make Tim Tebow Pass
2.) Keep Tebow in the Pocket
3.) Score Early and Often
Prediction: Steelers 27 Broncos 17
NFC

#6 Detroit Lions vs. #3 New Orleans Saints
Date: Saturday, January 7th 2012 8:00 EST (NBC)
Location: Mercedes-Benz Super Dome, New Orleans, Louisiana
Previous Meeting(s): Saints 31 Lions 17
Keys to the Game:
1.) Attack the Lions Secondary
2.) Shutdown Megatron
3.) Stop the Lions Front Four
When Detroit has the Ball:
-Congrats to Matthew Stafford (5,038 Pass Yards 41 TD's 16 INT's) for staying healthy this year and leading the Detroit Lions to the playoffs for the first time in years. He is the commander of this offense and has developed a connection with Calvin Johnson (96 Catches 1,681 Yards 16 TD's). The Lions lost Jahvid Best earlier in the year and have had to rely on Kevin Smith as their primary RB. Expect the Lions to use the run minimally as they will be looking to attack the Saints 30th ranked Pass Defense. It will be a high scoring game, which means alot of yards and TD's for Stafford and Megatron.
Keys to the Game:
1.) Put Pressure on Brees
2.) Force Brees into INT's
3.) Throw it to Megatron
Prediction: Saints 35 Lions 24
#5 Atlanta Falcons vs. #4 New York Giants
Date: Sunday, January 8th 2012 1:00 EST (FOX)
Location: MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey
Previous Meeting(s): None
When New York has the Ball:
-The Giants excel at one thing and this is throwing the football. Pro Bowl QB Eli Manning (4,933 Pass Yards 29 TD's 16 INT's) and WR's Victor Cruz (82 Catches 1,536 Yards 9 TD's) and Hakeem Nicks (76 Catches 1,192 Yards 7 TD's) have helped lead the Giants to the 5th best passing attack in the NFL. The passing attack shouldn't have any trouble against the Falcons 20th ranked pass defense. The Giants couldn't run the ball even if it was an offense only practice, as they rank last in the NFL in yards. They will be playing in the cold New Jersey weather so the game should be close.
Keys to the Game:
1.) Stop Michael Turner
2.) Eliminate the Deep Threat
3.) Get to Ryan early
When Atlanta has the Ball:
-The Falcons have multiple play makers on offense. QB Matt Ryan (4,177 Pass Yards 29 TD's 12 INT's), RB Michael Turner ( 1, 508 Total Yards 11 TD's) and WR's Roddy White (100 Catches 1,296 Yards 8 TD's) and Julio Jones (54 Catches 989 Yards 8 TD's). The Falcons will look to exploit the Giants weakness, their 29th ranked Pass Defense. As for the running game they should do just enough to keep the Giants on their toes in this game. The one thing the Falcons will have to avoid is the Giants front four which has the 3rd most sacks in the NFL (48).
Keys to the Game:
1.) Cover Victor Cruz
2.) Control the Clock
3.) Protect the Football
Prediction: Giants 27 Falcons 21

How will Tim Tebow do in his first ever Playoff game against one of the best Defenses in the League.
When Denver has the Ball:
-The name of the game is Tim Tebow, and while his stats aren't great (1,729 Pass Yards 12 TD's 6 INT's and 6 Rush TD's) his 4th Quarter Stats are better (984 Pass yards 6 TD's 4 INT's and 3 Rush TD's). Regardless of stats in any quarter, Tebow will have a tough time against this defense. The Broncos offense will bring a system of Option Plays, QB Keepers, and Draws. If Tebow doesn't have the ball in his hands odds are Willis McGahee has it (1,250 Total Yards 5 TD's) but both Runners will have problems against the Steelers 8th Ranked Run Defense. Don't even think about the Pass as Tebow has only thrown it 271 times this year and has completed less then 50% of his Passes, and it will be even tougher against the best Pass Defense in the NFL.
Date: Saturday, January 7th 2012 8:00 EST (NBC)
Location: Mercedes-Benz Super Dome, New Orleans, Louisiana
Previous Meeting(s): Saints 31 Lions 17
There is something magical about the Super Dome, the Saints average nearly 40 PPG while playing in front of their Home fans
When New Orleans has the Ball:
-Outside of the Mercedes-Benz Super Dome the New Orleans Offense is just a normal offense (27 PPG) but at home they are a machine (40 PPG). Drew Brees the likely NFL MVP (5,476 Pass Yards 46 TD's 14 INT's). The Saints Pass most of the game and will look to do the same against a Lions defense that just let Packers Backup QB throw for 6 TD's and 480 Yards in cold weather. The Saints don't run the ball often but when they do, expect carries to be divided between Pierre Thomas, Chris Ivory, and Darren Sprolles.Keys to the Game:
1.) Attack the Lions Secondary
2.) Shutdown Megatron
3.) Stop the Lions Front Four

NFL Rewind Week 17
Instant Recap
Records, Records, Records, Records, and oh yeah PLAYOFFS. That was this final week of the regular season was all about. In New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees broke records as the team finished 13-3. In Green Bay the Packers rested their stars but it didn't matter. Backup QB Matt Flynn threw for 480 Yards and 6 TD's (both Packers records) who is a FA in the Off season showed everyone why he can be a starter in this league. Jets RB LaDainian Tomlinson passed Jerome Bettis for 5th All Time in Rushing Yards in NFL History. Tom Brady and Drew Brees both passed Dan Marinos' record for Passing Yards in a season, and Saints TE Jimmy Graham and Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski also passed Hall of Fame TE Kellen Winslows record for Receiving Yards in a season by a TE. The Playoff Seeds were set with the Giants clinching the NFC East on Sunday Night, and in the AFC the Broncos and Bengals clinched playoff berths as well. The Packers, 49ers, Patriots, and Ravens all will have 1st Round Byes. Saving the worst for last the Indianapolis Colts pulled off the Loss and clinched the No.1 pick in the draft after narrowly choking it away the past 2 weeks. An outstanding 2011 Regular Season is in the books, and now we get what we all love. Playoff Football!
"Say What" Stats:

Defensive Player of the Week
Jared Allen DE, MIN: 5 Tackles (3 Solo), 3.5 Sacks
-For the final time in the 2011 Regular we have our Defensive Player of the Week. Jared Allen earns the nominee after his 3.5 Sack performance against the Bears, a game that almost brought him to NFL history. Allen fell just .5 a sack short of Michael Strahans record of 22.5 but he did tie the Vikings record. Allens 3 Sack performance was very impressive and even in a meaningless game between 2 Division Rivals,
Top Plays of the Week
Kellen Clemens 17 Yard TD Run
David Akers 14 Yard TD Pass
Marques Colston 15 Yard TD Catch
Play of the Week: David Akers 14 Yard TD Pass
-OK so maybe it wasn't the most amazing play, and it didn't have broken tackles, a diving catch or a deep throw but how often do you get to see the Kicker throw a 14 Yard TD. David Akers already set the record for most converted FG's in a season (44), and now he can add his 1st ever TD Pass to his 2011 Stats sheet. It was a beautiful call by 49ers HC Jim Harbaugh as it got everyone by surprise and it helped the 49ers win 34-27.
Andrew Luck Sweepstakes
-Whew! That was a close one for the Indianapolis Colts, they almost blew the perfect opportunity to get the No.1 pick. The Colts had a 2 game winning streak coming into Week 17 and if they had found a way to beat the Jaguars the Rams would have had the No.1 Overall pick. Fortunately for everyone, the Colts lost and all is right in the world again. They will draft No.1 Overall and they will take Andrew Luck with that pick, but what does that mean for Peyton Manning.
The Indianapolis Colts Front Office will have several directions that they could go in. First, they could wait until Manning is cleared to play, then trade Luck for a stockpile of 1st and 2nd Rounders on Draft Night. This plan gives them more control as they could use the additional 1st Round Picks to build their defense and Offensive Line. It would give Manning evidence that they still believe in him, and it would give Luck the chance to be the immediate Superstar in another city. Another situation is to try and trade Peyton Manning. They risk having to eat a big chunk of Mannings' salary, and trading Manning would put alot of pressure on Luck and the Front Office. While it would allow Luck to start immediately in Indianapolis, he would have to deal with the shadow of Peyton manning performing in another city, and fans demanding that he perform just as well if not better. The final option is that the Colts keep both Peyton and Andrew Luck. The "Aaron Rodgers Method" would allow Luck to learn from one of the greatest QB's to ever play the game, and would also give him a few years to develop his Passing Skills more and learn the System. The Colts wouldn't get any Compensation out of it, and they risk upsetting Luck, but it seems to be the more reasonable of the 3 options. The Colts could go any of the 3 ways on this, but one thing is for sure. Up until the final decision is made there will be alot of pressure on all sides.

NFL Rewind Week 16
Instant Rewind
-It was a memorable and important week for the NFL in Week 16. Records were set, playoff seedings were clinched and one of the best RB's in the NFL went down with an injury/ First off Congratulations to Saints QB Drew Brees who passed Dan Marinos' record for most Passing Yards in a Season (5,084) on a 9 yard TD pass in the 4th quarter in a win over the Falcons to clinch the NFC South. On Sunday Night the Green Bay Packers bounced back from their first loss of the season to end the Bears playoff chances, and in the process lock up home field advantage throughout the playoffs. In Foxborough, the Patriots clinched a first round bye with a win over the Dolphins, and thanks to a New York Jets loss to the Giants, the AFC Playoff picture is looking very murky. The most devastating news though comes out of Minnesota where RB Adrian Peterson tore his ACL and MCL which could sideline him until early into next season. Week 16 was filled with excitement, sadness and some great football games. Now we head into the final week of this NFL Regular season, where the playoff field will be decided. I can't wait!
Under the Monday Night Lights Drew Brees picked apart the Falcons Secondary and became the all time leader for Passing Yards in a Season
"Say What!!" Stats:
3,893: Passing Yards this season by Panthers rookie Cam newton. The most ever for a rookie
42: FG's made this season by 49ers K David Akers. The most in one season in NFL history.
99: Yard TD Catch by Giants WR Victor Cruz. It ties an NFL Record
1,358: Receiving Yards this season by Victor Cruz. A New York Giants record
(5,087): Passing Yards by Saints QB Drew Brees this year. Which passes Dan Marino for most in one season (5,084)
MVP Watch

2011 Total: 273 Carries 1,309 (4.8 YPC) 17 TD's 1 FUM, 48 Catches 315 Yards 3 TD's
Defensive Player of the Week:
Brian Cushing LB, HOU: 12 Tackles (7 Solo) 1 Sack, 2 FF
Cushing was a force on Thursday Night, collecting 1 Sack to go along with 2 FF
-It happened again! The Week 16 Defensive Player of the Week comes from another Prime Time game. Houston Texans LB Brian Cushing was a force on defense Thursday Night against the Colts. Cushing forced a fumble on the first play of the game that led to a Aria Foster TD, and he also created another turnover later in the game. Despite his impressive performance the end result was a loss for the Texans, but I'm sure he will still take Defensive Player of the Week Honors.
Top Plays of the Week
Play of the Week: Jerome Simpson 19 Yard TD Catch and Dive
-It's not often you have two 90+ yard TD's in the Top plays, and it is even more rare when neither wins. This isn't your normal week though. The Top Play is what Bengals WR Jerome Simpson did to get the TD. Simpson caught a short pass from Andy Dalton then jumped and flipped over the Cardinals DB into the end zone, and he landed feet first. He earned 10's across the board for the flip and he earns Top Play of the Week Honors.

NFL Rewind Week 14
It was another rough day for Buehler and the Cowboys as another last second FG was ruined by a TO/
As the regular season winds down, the two story lines are the Green Bay Packers and Tim Tebow, and both keep finding ways to win. In Green Bay it was a 46-16 beat down of the Raiders, but the Packers lost star WR Greg Jennings for the remainder of the regular season. Meanwhile in Denver, down 10 with only minutes to go Tim Tebow led another comeback, capped off in Overtime by a Matt Prater 51 Yard Field Goal to win it. Around the league we saw the Colts drop to 0-13, the Patriots nearly lose to Washington, but the storyline there was instead NE Offensive Coordinator Bill O'Brien went off on Tom Brady after an INT. The 49ers dropped to 10-3 after a disappointing loss to the Cardinals, and in Dallas they were once again "iced" in the end this time by the opposing team. Another great week of football, and the playoffs haven't even started yet.
"Say What" Stats:
15: TD Receptions by Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski this season. A new NFL Record for TE's
27: Interceptions by the Packers Defense. 9 more then the 2nd best team (Detroit Lions)
7: Interceptions by Chargers S Eric Weddle, tied for most this year. He had 2 all of last season
6: Straight wins by Broncos QB Tim Tebow. Once again, thanks to a last minute comeback
136: Rushing Yards by the Packers Sunday against the Raiders. The most they have had all season.
MVP Race:
Aaron Rodgers GB (vs. OAK): 17/30 281 Pass Yards 2 TD's 1 INT 96.7 QB Rating
2011 Season: 305/438 4,125 Pass Yards 39 TD's 6 INT's 123.3 QB Rating, 2 Rush TD's
Tom Brady NE (@ WAS): 22/37 357 Pass Yards 3 TD's 1 INT 107.6 QB Rating
2011 Total: 328/496 4,273 Pass Yards 33 TD's 11 INT's 106.0 QB Rating
Drew Brees NO (@ TEN): 36/47 337 Pass Yards 2 TD's 0 INT's 110.0 QB Rating
2011 Total: 385/543 4,368 Pass Yards 32 TD's 11 INT's 105.9 QB Rating
LeSean McCoy PHI (@ MIA): 27 Carries 38 Yards (1.4 YPC) 2 TD's, 3 Catches 33 Yards
2011 Total: 242 Carries 1,172 Yards (4.8 YPC) 14 TD's, 45 Catches 310 Yards 3 TD's
Defensive Player of the Week
Jason Pierre-Paul DE, NYG: 8 Tackles (6 Solo) 2 Sacks, 2 FF, 1 FG Block
Pierre Paul may proved himself on Sunday Night forcing 2 turnovers, and blocking a FG
Top Plays of the Week:
Michael Robinson Blocked Punt Return TD
Eric Walden 22 yard Fumble Return TD
Rob Gronkowski 50 Yard Catch
"Now Hiring"
Miami Dolphins:
Dream Scenario: Jeff Fisher, Titans HC '94-'10
-The Miami Dolphins are in the market for a new Head Coach after missing out last year on Jim Harbaugh, then having to see Tony Sporano coach another year. Now Tony Sporano is gone, and there will be a intense search for the next coach. If the Dolphins could have their way they would have JEff Fisher. Fisher served as coach in Tennessee before being ousted just last year. With a year off from coachign Fisher will be itching to get back into the Coaching Reighns, and his defensive specialties will be a nice fit for the Dolphins.
Realistic Option: Greg Olson, OC TB "06-Present
-While Fisher is one of the bigger names out there, and a good defensive coordinator, it may be an offensive coordinator that gets the job. A few miles down the road the Dolphins may look to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers assistant Greg Olson, who has done a nice job developing guys like Josh Freeman, LeGarrete Blount and Mike Williams. The Dolphins can start fresh at QB in the 2012 NFL Draft, which means Olson can have his own QB, to turn this Dolphins team around.
Kansas City Chiefs:
Dream Scenario: Brian Billick, HC BAL '99-'07
-While Brian Billick may not be the top name on the market, he is one of the most solid options out there. Billick can bring a defensive presence to Kansas City and work with their young secondary and LB's just as he did in Baltimore. He has won a Super Bowl and has success in the Post Season which helps his resume stand out. If Kansas City wants to win the AFC West, Billick may be the ebst option.
Realistic Option: Gregg Williams, DC '09-Present
Jacksonville Jaguars:
Dream Scenario: Bill Cowher, Steelers HC '92-'06
-Of all the coaching candidates out there, Bill Cowher has to be the one. A simple resume that speaks for itself 149 Wins, Super Bowl ring, 2 AFC Championships, and a great teacher of the game. In Jacksonville, Cowher would bring a strong defense both to the defense, but in the Front Office. He could help teach the younger guys the ways of the game, and he will get along with the new Owner well. If the Jaguars can lure Bill Cowher to Jacksonville, it would be a great hire.
Realistic Scenario: Perry Fewell, DC NYG '10-Present
-Fewell has only been the Giants Defensive Coordinator for 2 seasons, but that doesn't mean he can't be a realistic candidate for the Jaguars coaching job. Fewells defense has shown the ability to rush the passer, which is something the Jaguars really aren't good at (22nd in rushing the QB). Fewell would get the chance to work with his own scheme, and finally give the Jaguars the Pass Rush they finally need.
Suck for Luck Sweepstakes
-There is no question about it, the Indianapolis Colts are the worst team in the NFL, and will be drafting Andrew Luck 1st Overall. He is a rare QB Prospect who can come in right away and help lift the spirits of the franchise that selects him. His ability to run when he needs to, make the accurate pass, his knowledge of the game, and ability to make bad WR's look good is rare in rookie QB's. The only problem, the Colts will have a healthy Peyton Manning in 2012, so which of the 2 QB's do they trade for a Kings Ransom.
Andrew Luck didn't win the Heisman but there should be no doubt he is the No.1 Draft Pick in 2012
RG3 already has the Heisman, now he wants to prove he can be the best QB Prospect
Robert Griffin III QB, Baylor:
Height: 6'2 Weight: 220 Class: Junior
Bowl Game: Alamo Bowl, December 29th
What to watch for:
-Pocket Presence
-Mid-Deep Ball Accuracy
-4th Quarter Play
Melvin Ingram DE, South Carolina:
Height: 6'2 Weight: 276 Class: Senior
Bowl Game: Capital One Bowl, January 2nd
What to watch for:
-Pass Rush Skills
-Coverage Skills
-Motor
LaMichael James RB, Oregon:
Height: 5'9 Weight: 185 Class: Junior
Bowl Game: Rose Bowl, January 2nd
What to watch for:
-Ability in Open Space
-Hands
-Ball Security/Toughness

NFL Rewind Week 13
Instant Analysis:
-We are finally seeing teams lock up playoff spots, and even lock up divisions for that matter. The 10-2 49ers locked up the NFC West after beating the Rams 26-0, meanwhile in New Jersey the Green Bay Packers continued their winning ways and improved to 12-0, while locking up the NFC North. As for the rest of the NFC, the Bears lost RB Matt Forte to a knee sprain in their loss to Kansas City, the Saints dismantled the Lions on Sunday Night, and the Cardinals got another walk off win this time against the Dallas Cowboys. Meanwhile in the AFC the 9-3 Texans beat the Falcons, even with rookie T.J Yates at QB and Andre Johnson hurting his hamstring. (Yates became the first UNC QB to start an NFL game), Ravens RB Ray Rice broke out for a career best 204 rushing yards in the teams win against the Browns, the Steelers also improved to 9-3 with their demolishing of the Bengals. Finally, Tim Tebow just keeps on winning football games and had his best game of the season in the Broncos win against the Vikings. It was another great week of football for everyone around the NFL, and things are only going to get better as the season winds down.
"Say What" Stats:
18: Straight wins by the Green Bay Packers, which includes playoffs. NFL Record (19)
13: Rushing TD's by Panthers Rookie QB Cam Newton, an NFL record for a rookie QB
51: TD Passes by Aaron Rodgers, in the teams past 18 games.
7,396: Career Rushing Yards by 49ers RB Frank Gore, the most in 49ers history.
MVP Watch:
Aaron Rodgers GB: (@ NYG): 28/46 369 Pass Yards 4 TD's 1 INT 106.2 QB Rating
2011 Total: 288/408 3,844 Pass Yards 37 TD's 5 INT's 125.3 QB Rating 2 Rush TD's
Tom Brady NE: (vs. IND) 29/38 289 Pass Yards 2 TD's 114.9 QB Rating
2011 Total: 306/459 3,916 Pass Yards 30 TD's 10 INT's 105.9 QB Rating
Drew Brees NO (vs. DET): 26/36 342 Pass Yards 3 TD's 129.6 QB Rating
2011 Total: 349/496 4,031 Pass Yards 30 TD's 11 INT's 105.5 QB Rating
LeSean McCoy PHI (@ SEA) 17 Carries 84 Yards (4.9 YPC) 1 TD, 4 Catches 49 Yards 1 TD
2011 Total: 215 Carries 1,134 Yards (5.3 YPC) 12 TD's, 42 Catches 277 Yards 3 TD's
Defensive Player of the Week:
Mario Haggan LB, Broncos: 12 Tackles (7 Solo) 1 PD, 1 INT Returned for TD
-Mario Haggan was simply a fill in linebacker who would provide depth and help Von Miller get rest. But with Miller out with a hand injury, Mario Haggan got the start and stepped up in a big way. Haggan showed up early in this game first making a good read and tackling Toby Gerhart in the backfield in the 1st quarter, then he made the defensive play of the game. Haggan picked off a Christian Ponder pass and returned it 15 yards to give the Broncos their first TD of the game. Haggan continued to find the ball carrier as he accounted for 12 tackles, 7 Solo and he was a difference maker on defense. A strong game for Haggan, and one that made the absence of Miller almost unnoticeable.
Top Plays of the Week:
Larod Stephens Howling 52 Yard TD Catch
Robert Meachem 67 Yard TD Catch
David Hawthorne 77 Yard INT Return TD
Top Play of the Week: Larod Stephens-Howling 52 Yard GW TD Catch
-It was a close contest between this play and Seahawks LB David Hawthorne returning an INT 77 yards for a TD on Thursday Night Football. However, it came down to the fact that Stephens-Howlings TD came on the last play of the game, it won the game, and it was because of his great moves. An amazing play by Howling, and although it won't have any effect on the Cardinals playoff chances, it will lift the spirits of the team.
Coaches Hot Seat
Andy Reid, PHI: Ashes
-Let's face it there is not much else Andy Reid can do to save his job in Philadelphia. After a Thursday Night loss to the Seahawks, the Eagles dropped to a miserable 4-8. Granted they have gone 3 weeks without Michael Vick, but that doesn't excuse the poor play on defense or by the WR's. Andy Reid is a great coach but the dream scenario in Philadelphia failed, and a split would be best for both
Norv Turner, SD: Burnt Crisp
-Norv Turner has officially lost this Chargers football team. His inability to motivate, prepare or coach in key game situations plus the poor play of the Chargers defense and QB Phillip Rivers has led to this teams epic disappointment of a season. The Chargers who came into this season as one of the favorites in the AFC, and picked by several people to make it to the Super Bowl, are now last in the worst division in the NFL A.K.A the AFC West. It is no longer of if Norv Turner will be fired, but when will he be fired. G.M A.J Smith could be on his way out as well.
Tony Sporano, MIA: Deep Fried
-Tony SporanoHenne, Matt Moore has proved himself as a decent QB. Despite the impressive play and former Saints outcast Reggie Bush, there is no denying the fact that Sporano will likely be gone after this season. There are to many better options out there for the Dolphins then then Sporano, and because of it Sporano will be looking for a new job in the off season.

NFL Week 11 Rewind
31: TD Passes by Packers QB Aaron Rodgers, 3rd QB in NFL history to throw 30+ in 10 games.
3: 17 point comebacks by the Detroit Lions this season. First team to do it in NFL history
9: Wins for the 49ers, the first time since 2002, they will finish over .500
149: Straight weeks a University of Miami alum has scored a TD, the streak ended this week
8: Turnovers by the Philadelphia Eagles in the Red Zone this year. Most in the NFL
MVP Watch:
Aaron Rodgers, GB (vs.TB): 23/34 299 Yards 3 TD's 1 INT, 5 Carries 28 yards
2011 Total: 238/329 3,168 Yards 31 TD's 4 INT's 128.8 QB Rating, 2 Rush TD's
Tom Brady, NE (vs. KC): 15/27 234 Yards 2 TD's 109.2 QB Rating 102.5 QB Rating
2011 Total: 253/387 3,266 Yards 25 TD's 10 INT's
LeSean McCoy, PHI (@ NYG) 23 Carries 113 Yards (4.9 YPC), 3 Catches 2 Yards
2011 Total: 188 Carries 1,019 Yards (5.4 YPC) 10 TD's, 34 Catches 198 Yards 2 TD's
Ray Rice, BAL (vs. CIN) 20 Carries 104 Yards (5.2 YPC) 2 TD's, 5 Catches 43 Yards
2011 Total: 158 Carries 663 Yards (4.2 YPC) 8 TD's, 51 Catches 513 Yards, 1 FUM
Defensive Player of the Week:
Patrick Willis LB, SF: 7 Tackles (6 Solo) 1 PD, 1 INT, 1 FF
-Patrick Willis considered by many to be the best LB in the NFL, stepped up big this week for the 49ers. Willis recorded 7 Tackles, deflected a pass, intercepted another and forced a fumble Sunday against Arizona. Willis, helped the 49ers to their 8th win in a row, and their 9th win on the season. This is the first time since 2002 that the 49ers will finish above .500
Willis had a great game on Sunday, forcing one fumble, and intercepting John Skelton
Nate Washington 40 Yard TD Catch
NFL teams should be on the look out for Blount, who at 247 pounds is a big bowling ball in the open field
LeGarrette Blount 54 Yard TD Run
Sidney Rice 55 Yard Pass
Play of the Week: LeGarrette Blount 54 Yard TD Run
-In a big game LeGarrette Blount stepped up with a big play against the undefeated Green Bay Packers (10-0). Blount ripped off a 54 yard powering TD run that included 6 broken tackles, as Blount proved to everyone in the NFL why it isn't fun to tackle him. It was Blounts highlight of the game as he ran it 18 times for 107 yards with the lone TD on they day. After another tough loss the Bucs drop to 4-6, and if they want any shot at the playoffs they should give it to Blount more often.
Norv Turner, SD: Evaportated
-There should now be no doubt in anyones mind that Norv Turner is not worthy of a head coaching job. After years of killing the great Chargers teams in the playoffs, Turner has now turned this San Diego team into the laughing stock in the AFC West. With the help of Phillip Rivers, the Chargers have dropped 5 straight and are doing their best to finish with a Top 5 pick. Turner has proven this season he isn't a motivator, game manager, and he doesnt know how to use timeouts. If Turner isn't fired after the season, the entire Chargers Front Office should lose their jobs.
Andrew Luck Sweepstakes
-We are 11 weeks through 2011 Season and there is a clear leader in the "Andrew Luck Sweepstakes". The Indianapolis Colts, have reached the lowest of lows, and have the best chance of finishing with the worst record in the NFL, and that could easily be a 0-16 season the way they are playing. badly,. They are the only remaining win less team and now will be without TE Dallas Clark for several weeks. Luck meanwhile didn't have his best stuff on Saturday against the Californi throwing another interception.
